By accessing and using this platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This platform is operated by ArbaLabs and provided to you through your organisation's agreement with ArbaLabs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.
ArbaEdge is a cryptographic integrity verification platform developed and operated by ArbaLabs. It provides AI model integrity monitoring, sealed hash verification, and edge device management capabilities. Access is provided through customer portals managed by ArbaLabs on behalf of your organisation.
This platform is provided for integrity verification and monitoring purposes. You may use the platform for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to use this platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with any other party's use of it.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this platform, its hosting infrastructure, or any systems or networks connected to it.
All content, software, and technology on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and verification algorithms, is the property of ArbaLabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from ArbaLabs.
Records created through this platform are held by ArbaLabs in an append-only sequence, each sealed together with the one before it. When a record is created, a signed receipt is issued once to whoever created it; it is not stored for you and cannot be re-issued. Anyone holding a receipt can check it against ArbaLabs’ records without an account, and if the record it names has been removed, or its seal rewritten, the check will show that it no longer matches. Your files are not uploaded to ArbaLabs: a record holds the file’s SHA-256 fingerprint and the details sent with it, such as the file’s name and size and your own reference. An AE-PX1 alert record also holds the reading that triggered it.
This platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ArbaLabs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArbaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, even if ArbaLabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by ArbaLabs' registered entity.
ArbaLabs may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised. Continued use of this platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
